Default KDE font

GPL keeps it out of kdelibs.

Besides:
1) Why would we fork it, unless we plan on maintaining the font somehow.
2) We do pick a default font... "sans-serif".  Just like distros change our 
default scheme, colors, style, etc., we allow them to easily change the font 
that is used.  Choosing a specific font makes it that much harder for a user 
to change fonts in their applications.
