RUN_UNINSTALLED on Mac OS X failing

kdelibs trunk fails on OSX right now because of icemaker:

  make[2]: *** No rule to make target `bin/icemaker', needed by
`kjs/opcodes.h'.  Stop.

on OSX, RUN_UNINSTALLED makes icemaker.app instead of icemaker.  I'm
assuming that build-system stuff should always be NOGUI?  Is the
correct fix to change KDE4Macros.cmake to set NOGUI if RUN_UNINSTALLED
is set, or are there times when you could have a RUN_UNINSTALLED app
that is a GUI app?
