KRichTextEdit in kdereview

Hi,

KRichTextEdit, KRichTextWidget and some helper classes are now in kdereview
for inclusion in kdelibs.

There's also a KRichTextEditor sample implementation which can be used to
try it out. It's not for inclusion but will probably be deleted after the
review stage.
