[PATCH] KStyle defaults for QFormLayout's

Hi,

the following patch sets in KStyle the default style hints for three 
configurations of QFormLayout.
In particular, it sets the alignment of widgets in the layout, of the text in 
the labels, and the growth policy for widgets.
The first two settings follows our new HIG, while the latter is not decided 
yet.

May I commit it?
