[PATCH][159888] kwalletmanager: name-value values from an existing map entry are shown when creating a new map entry

Hi there,

(Please not that this is a rephrased cross-post from kde-utils-devel. Someone 
suggested posting the patches here as the former is not fully up to business 
yet).

I'm one of the guys who are going (trying) to make kwalletmanager shine again. 
I thought I'd start with fixing some bugs to make kwalletmanager at least 
work in 4.1.

This first patch cares for bug http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159888 
which mentions a problem with the wrong map-entries being shown in the 
left-hand table after creating a new map.
I fixed this one by reordering the commands so that new entries are only 
queried after they have actually been created.
I also added an extra clean-up command to remove entries that couldn't be 
created by kwalletd.
