kB in KDiskFreeSpace and others

No problem.  Peter got it in a nutshell.  I saw that Dolphin was taking 
the "kB" value and passing it to KIO::convertSizeFromKiB and alarm bells 
went off in my mind, followed by a patch or two, then retracted when I 
realized it was just some vagueness in the documentation.  So I'm going 
to fix that...  :-)

Remember:  kibibyte, mibibyte, gibibyte, tibibyte, pibibyte, 
ribiculouslynamedbyte, bazibibyte, etc.  :-)
