[Patch] System Settings : Improve General/Advanced tabs visibility

Hi,

 I've just wrote a little patch to help users better see the difference
 between General and Advanced tabs. Of course, it also takes care of
 new tabs that a Linux distribution would like to add (the *.desktop
 system is the same).

 Improvements are :
 - Add icons (they will need to be drawed)
 - Increase font size / bold use
 - Increase tab size

 Please consult the screenshots to see the before/after differences.
