KFileDialog custom filters

I would like to be able to create custom filters for what to display in a 
KFileDialog. I made a wish on the Bugzilla 
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159051), but I thought that I would 
also put it out onto the mailing list. I would like to filter out not only on 
filenames, but also the content of files. Right now, I am trying to only 
allow images of certain dimensions, but I think that it would be useful to 
allow custom filters in general as well.

Any thoughts on this?
