[PATCH] Better spellcheck language changing for Sonnet widgets

Hi,

the attached patch changes the spellcheck config dialog, the spellcheck dialog 
and KTextEdit.
Basically it makes it possible to change the language of those dialogs and get 
a signal when the user changes the language inside those dialogs himself.

This is needed for KMail's composer, as there is a language combobox, which 
needs to be updated when the user changes the language somewhere else.
Not updating the combobox is confusing the users, see bug 79681 [1].
