'lightweight' QDir::isAbsolutePath replacement ?

The internal isRelativePath() functions I have taken are located in 
qfsfileengine_win.cpp and are needed there
- the only way I could imagine would be to add these function to 
QFSFileEnginePrivate and to use qfsfileengine_p.h in qdir.cpp. Are you 
refering to this solution ?
