I'd just like to make a note:
kwin is almost unusable right now because of i18n'ed global shortcut names.
The shortcuts are assigned to the English version of the names, but kwin acts
on the Portuguese translation in my system. I don't know what the issue is or
if it's just a config issue.
In any case, please make sure that you do not write i18n names to the config
files. Ever.
