[PATCH] Enable spellchecking for KTextEdit with rich-text contents

Hi,

currently spellchecking in KTextEdit is disabled when the edit widget is in
rich text mode.
This has been intentionally disabled in commit 667328 [1] by Laurent.
The attached patch basically reverts that patch, therefore enabling spell
checking for rich text mode again.
I tested it very briefly and it seemed to work fine, but I guess there was a
reason to disable it. If so, I'd rather fix the cause of this instead of just
disabling spell checking. Any ideas?

Spell checking in rich text mode is needed for KMail's composer.

OK to commit?

Regards,
Thomas
