More responsible KFileWidget

Hi,

The attached patch makes KFileWidget more responsible to user events. With the 
attached patch, when you click on an item on the open/save dialog, the icon on 
the combo box is automatically set, as well as if you deselect the current 
selection.

I want to commit this patch as soon as possible, and in my way, also make the 
icon be updated when the user modifies the editable combobox, depending on if 
matches are found or not.

Is this OK to commit ?
