The problem lies in kdebindings/python/pykde4/sip/kdecore/ksycocafactory.sip
in line 26:
	#include <ksycocafactory.h>
(still there on the last svn revision 
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdebindings/python/pykde4/sip/kdecore/ksycocafactory.sip?view=markup)

I know nothing about PyKDE, I'm afraid to be of little help.  Should I send a 
note on the kdebindings mailing list?
