[PATCH] ordering of systemsettings modules

Hej,

attached is the second part of my systemsettings ordering patch.
It specifies the X-KDE-Weights for the single .desktop files
according to the order described in systemsettings_order.txt (attached as well).

I don't know whether the suggested ordering is the best one, however it's
a lot better than the random order we have currently ;)

If some usability person wants to change the weights, the systemsettings_order.txt contains also the location of the .desktop files
in SVN, so it should be quite easy to do.

Ok for commiting the patch to trunk?
