KWalletD syncing

Hi,

one of the major complaints users have with kwallet seems to be that passwords 
are lost if kded doesn't exit properly on session end (or if a crash occurs). 
After some benchmarking I did  on the backend 
(http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Utils/kwallet/Benchmark) it seems feasible 
to sync the wallet on every change - in my opinion the safety users gain 
outweighs the small overhead.

I've prepared a small patch to add syncing on every change. Unfortunately it 
makes the wallet be synced 3 times on creating a new one. What do you think?
