[ANNOUNCE] cmake 2.6.0 will be required for trunk starting August 4th

So... there seems to be discussion still, have we decided trunk needs 
2.6 as of "now"? Anyway, regardless, does this mean cmake_requires can 
be upgraded to 2.6 and cmake warnings can be fixed? It would be nice to 
go ahead and tackle those, to quiet the output when running cmake on KDE 
packages.
