which version of kdelibs does kdepimlibs depend on ?

Hi,

in kdepimlibs/CMakeLists.txt there is still a test whether 
INSTALL_TARGETS_DEFAULT_ARGS is defined.
This variable exists since KDE 4.0.2.

So, is kdepimlibs supposed to build against KDE < 4.0.2 ?
If not, I'll remove that check.
