Request to move KGameTheme* classes from kdegames to kdelibs

Yes and no :)
it also comes with a simple selector gui which allows one selection with a 
preview image and has a get hot new stuff button (see for example KBlocks or 
any other themeable game).
So it's quite simple but nice.

I think the .desktop files were slightly modified.
