[PATCH] KFileDialog overwrite confirmation

Hi all.
I managed in patching some files to implement
KFileDialog::setConfirmOverwrite(bool). This makes KFileDialog show this
message http://alediaferia.files.wordpress.com/2008/07/overwrite.png
if someone tries to overwrite a file. I don't know whether
setConfirmOverwrite() should be enabled only if the OperationMode is set to
Saving.

Btw here come the diffs.. Please check these out and let me know if it is
appliable and respects kdelibs coding style.
