Text in tabs being cut off

My impression was that qt-copy was for critical features or fixes that  
couldn't wait for the next release so a minor polish fix like this  
probably doesn't belong in qt-copy.

But either it is a bit moot anyway as I have reviewed the patch (task  
216537) and applied it to Qt main.
