Consensus on the kdelibs coding style

Plus XCode and MSVC, I guess.

No, the consensus is Tabs are bad. However, I'd be glad if someone gave me 
the Emacs modeline for the above, because I do contribute to projects 
with Tabs and my code frequently breaks alignment.
