Really I think the indentation handles the blocks in most of the cases
already. So I use trailing braces most of the time in order to maximize
vertical code density. Either way it shouldn't be a big deal though.

I think we should start out seeing where Lubos's proposal gets us as it would
by far be the most effective initial clean up. If there's recurring problems
affecting maintainability perhaps we could add from there but we should
minimize the number of guidelines if at all possible.
