A better option for this sort of thing might be the Cokoon
configurable/SVG style Sandro Giessl has been working on.
It includes an editor, even; but unfortunately I do not
know of its current state (it is in playground). IMHO, the
stylesheet functionality is inherently iffy, since it's basically
fighting with the style over how to render things, and the
API between the style and the widgets is voefully underspecified,
so there is no way of making a reasonable argument of correctness.
