yes yes... you are right, I completely agree, but still:

did anyone from SuSE ever tried Kickoff in RTL mode...? (broken, I will fix it
as soon as konsole and kate are fixed, sorry too lazy to sumbit a bug report,
but it will come this weekend)

the konsole issue could be spotted by the developer.

issue 122245 is still valid (I see it from kde 3.0.0, and I still see in in
KDE 4.0.0, and I have no idea why it happens). It is easy to reproduce
with --reverse. (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122245)

KOrganizer was broken for all KDE 3.2 and fixed in KDE 3.3. The appointments
were drawn as thin lines. A bug was opened and closed, but it took a whole
release to get fixed (easily spotted when developing the feature).

Albert, I know how hard the application developers are working. The goal of
this thread was not "please don't mess up application" but "I have this issue
with Qt4, QGraphicsItem and Q*Document, please help me fix it". But still,
how many of the developers do test do their pet application in RTL mode?

I really want to hear someone smarter then me on this issue, as I am really a
n00b and I am not that knowledgeable on such low level issues of Qt4.

Haven said that, I do agree with you even more: we need more RTL/BiDi
developers in KDE :-)
