How is api.kde.org updated?

 Doing so :). I wanted to link to libkdecoration docs from 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KWin but I noticed it's put together with 
docs for libkwineffects (since they're in the same subdir), so please update 
also the 4.0 docs when possible. Thanks.
