How is api.kde.org updated?

 Hello,

 what does one need to do to get api.kde.org updated to current state in SVN? 
I updated e.g. kdebase/workspace/kwin/lib/Mainpage.dox in both trunk and 4.0 
branch three days ago and neither has changed, so I guess that rules out that 
it is automatic, so what does one need to do?
