Dragon Player in kdereview, proposed move into kdemultimedia

I think you need to give some a response -- given that you are the 
kdemultimedia coordinator.

Dragon Player meets all the prerequisites we set for a new application.
Annma has reviewed it.  

So I think it can be moved into kdemultimedia; but it would be nice to have 
Vir's input.
