[PATCH] Fix tabbar icon drawing in styles

Aargh, that hurt. :( No, there is no bug report AFAIK. The problem is 
what I described: KStyle based styles ignore the 
QStyle::PM_TabBarTabShiftVertical and 
QStyle::PM_TabBarTabShiftHorizontal attributes, although they define 
them to be not zero. An obvious other fix is to return 0 for them 
(untested by me).
So they say that the active (selected) tab is shifted, but in reality 
they are not.
