[PATCH] Fix tabbar icon drawing in styles

Hi,

 attached patch fixes the tabbar icon drawing for active tabs, namely to 
take into account the vertical/horizontal shifting for active tabs. All 
styles derived from KStyle (including Oxygen) get this wrong, unless 
they override themselves the tabbar drawing. This fixes the close button 
appearance (see my previous post).
The code is based on the QCommonStyle.
