[PATCH] Make startkde work with not-default KDETMP and KDEVARTMP

OK, so if lnusertemp already appends kde-$USER to the path, you don't need kde4-`whoami` in your value of $KDETMP in the first place...
See what I meant by wrong instructions: you don't need to set KDETMP or KDEVARTMP at all.
