[PATCH] Make startkde work with not-default KDETMP and KDEVARTMP

There is, but that whole lnusertemp works strangely. It treats KDETMP 
and KDEVARTMP as a *base* for the temporary directories and appends 
/kde-user and /kdecache-user to them and tries to mkdir KDETMP/kde-user 
and KDEVARTMP/kdecache-user, which fails. 

Sincerely I didn't want to change it as there is too much risk to break 
that code for me, who doesn't know what exactly it verifies and tries to 
do.
