4.0 Branch Unfrozen

Howdy,

The 4.0.0 tagging freeze is over and branches/KDE/4.0 is open.
(actually, it has been for the past day or so -- sorry for the later
than expected notice)

Please only bugfixes in this branch.
No new features, No new i18n strings, No new artwork.

trunk is wide-open for 4.1.  But please do concentrate on fixing 4.0 bugs, 
which should be forward-ported to trunk, of course.
