What happened to the BC page on techbase?

Hi,

when clicking on one of the links on the Policies page for getting to
the Binary Compatibilities Issues with C++ page I get an empty page.

I find that the link points to ....Issues_With_C++, but the actual page
opened is ...Issues_With_C as far as Konquerors and Firefox  url bar go.
