Removing settings:/ ioslave ?

I know how to fix it, I have the code to generate the tree factored out of 
systemsettings, it just needs UDSEntryising, but I have enough to do today 
fixing a few things in systemsettings itself, so I recommend we disable it 
now and readd it in 4.0.1.
