[PATCH] Nicer category headers in SystemSettings

i wish you'd attached a screenshot, really, since this is probably one of 
those things that's hard to comment on without seeing it. however, i'd bet 
that Anders is correct here and that the title might blend in far too much 
without some differentiation between the items. i'd have to see it in action 
though, but i just now finished building kdelibs and really don't have time 
today to play with these things (but i wish i did =)

this would be a nice thing imho, yes.
