[RFC] KServiceTypeTrader syntax addition: subin

hi...

right now typing "shortcuts" into krunner will *not* bring up the keyboard 
shortcuts control panel because the "in" syntax does full string matching 
within a stringlist. this is obviously what we want in most cases, but not 
for something like krunner.

so i've added "subin" and "~subin" for case sensitive and case insensitive 
(respectively) substring-within-a-list matching.

so now "shortcuts" returns what one would expect.

any objections to this addition to the KServiceTypeTrader syntax?
