If you can show that it's a Qt bug, yes. That means you must provide code
(a small application or use one of the Qt examples) or something
tangible.
Plase don't report that "printing from KWrite doesn't work". qt-bugs@
isn't an automatic maintainer and recipient all reports related to
printing, just as the kdeprint component in Bugzilla wasn't in KDE 3.
