Do not connect KStandardAction::quit() to QApplication::quit()

on MacOS the application is the menubar (from a user POV) not the document 
windows. elsewhere in the world each document window is its own "app" from 
the user POV, especially since we launch multiple windows via 
KUniqueApplication usage behind the user's back.
