Move KSystemLog to kdereview

I found a bug with the first thing i did.

 * Start ksystemlog
 * Settings -> Configure
 * Daemons Log
 * Select /var/log/daemons.log
 * Press Remove
 * You can not press Ok nor Apply because did got greyed out

And it does not seem to have a handbook

And it has some krazy issues.

Can i ask the review period to be extended at least until the app has a 
minimal handbook?
