Really, the DEBUG file should be changed to read "see the debugging
tutorial on techbase http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging"

Very much appreciate helping to make that wiki tutorial better.
So please update the wiki as you find stuff that may be outdated
or that is specific to OpenBSD.
