libgoya - possibly in kdelibs ?

Hi all,

I am very close to be ready for making the move from playground to kdereview 
for Goya. I would like to get it into kdeui.

What do you think, should I "merge" it into kdeui, or am I able (this is the 
one I vote for) to set it as a different library (libgoya.so) ?
