Plain Frame in Oxygen - patch included

Oxygen style doesn't render QFrame when QFrame.shadow() == QFrame::Plain. In
cases when programmer doesn't want frame to be renderd, QFrame::NoFrame
shape should be used.  Patch fixing it is attatched to mail.
