Fwd: [PATCH] kcmshell4 clock partially works

I believe ktimezoned-watch-lose.patch is not useful now, 
cause I found the real problem is in KDirWatch, so I sent a 
patch for KDirWatch. I hope someone will check these, it's 
not good to see these problems in KDE 4.2.
