Yes, that's what I made the script to do: never remove anything from
TIMEZONES, only add (including comments, in case a comment for an existing
timezone is changed).

We should look into where do these zone.tab files come from, then we'll have
an idea on what distinct systems it is prudent to run the accumulation
script.

Since these are untranslatable strings present since long ago, the standing
policy is to add them on the spot. So I committed the new TIMEZONES
resulting from the run on my system (fairly uptodate Debian testing); the
extra 184 messages I mentioned earlier will tomorrow hit translator shores.
