Encoding problem in the file ioslave

If you get the tar file at https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=25631 and
uncompress it, and try to navigate to the folders it creates using KDE4 based
file ioslave (Dolphin/Konqueror) you'll see you can not enter it.
If you try it with KDE3 you will see it works
I've been looking at both kde3 and kde4 file ioslave and i have not been able
of finding any difference in code and i've found no obvious problem in kde4
either.
Debugging a bit i've found that in KDE3 QFile::decodeName("Cdigo") gives us a
QString whose char unicode values are
67 255 243 100 105 103 111
but in KDE 4 we get
67 253 100 105 103 111
Any idea on how to solve that? It's a Qt bug? Or should we store the
QByteArray of the path in UDSEntry without converting to QString?
Ideas?
Albert
