Next stop on toolbar handling. Konqueror (& more)

Hi,

I have written a patch that fixes this problems that has been sent to TT to 
see what they suggest to do:

1. Open Konqueror
	http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/konqueror1-1.png

2. Go to some random local folder (note main toolbar => hooah !)
	http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/konqueror2-1.png

3. Open a PDF using OkularPart (note main toolbar => hooah !)
	http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/konqueror3-1.png

4. Click on "back" button (note main toolbar => hooah !)
	http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/konqueror4-1.png

5. Visit some website
	http://media.ereslibre.es/2008/08/konqueror5-1.png

6. Be happy !! =)
