What we need is a fresh look at the documentation/help system for KDE with
the aim of providing an new integrated mechanism. IMO, the biggest need is
to provide context sensitive help so that users don't have to wade through
a big document to find what they need to know (or, as often as not,
discover that the answer isn't there).
A wiki system would be great, provided it is practical for the translators
and can be linked somehow to docbook or whatever might replace that. But
I'm sceptical about adding new unconnected facilities without a clear
strategy for improving the documentation/help system. This may just
encourage the dispersal of information rather than helping to make it more
coordinated and accessible.
