KUniqueApplication and premature dbus calls

That happens because the same socket is used in two processes at the same 
time. (Remember KUniqueApplication forks).

In any case, it should be documented in KUniqueApplication: don't do 
anything before initialising. D-Bus calls included, but not limited to 
that. Don't do anything.
