KBlocks moved to kdereview

Hi, people. I am happy to announce that KBlocks has been moved to 
kdereview, after spending some time in playground since I started it, 
last Akademy. This is a single-player falling blocks puzzle game that 
implements several of the new APIs developed in libkdegames for the KDE 
4.x series. This includes support for

QGraphicsView
KGameTheme (SVG graphics)
KScoreDialog (highscore)
KNewStuff2 (theme download)
KGameDifficulty (level selection)

My intention is to move it to kdegames after the review period, in time 
for the 4.1 release. Please give it a quick try, and help me fix all the 
issues you find :)
